Ulmer, Suzanne Cuba

Mr. Turner focuses his practice on creditors’ rights and commercial litigation, representing businesses in resolving both litigated and non-litigated disputes. He also assists with legal, business and marketing operations for the firm's commercial collections practice. 

Mr. Turner has prosecuted and defended a variety of commercial litigation actions involving breach of contract. He has significant experience working with businesses to enforce contracts, insurance policies, promissory notes, and settlement agreements.

• Commercial and consumer debt collection cases
• Collection actions against guarantors
• Advice concerning issues arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 
• Insurance counter-claim defense
• Resolving disputes involving suite licensing and sponsorship agreements for professional sports teams

Mr. Turner worked for the Chief Judge of the District of Columbia Superior Court during law school. After graduation, he was a judicial law clerk for an Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Superior Court.
