Brandon M. Tyson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Political Science. Mr. Tyson then went on to attend the University of Florida and completed his Juris Doctor, earning Magna Cum Laude Honors. After Mr. Tyson was admitted The Florida Bar, he started his legal career in the areas of estate planning and elder law. After gaining significant experience in these areas, Mr. Tyson expanded his professional background to include litigation and appellate advocacy.
Before joining KEL, Mr. Tyson practiced family law representing clients in an array of disputes, including highly contested child custody, complex equitable distribution, and alimony cases. He also assisted clients with matters involving real estate, defamation, probate, and guardianship. During his career, Mr. Tyson has honed and developed his appellate practice, including appearing in oral arguments before the 5th District Court of Appeals.
