Tyner, James E.

Matthew Turchyn is an associate attorney at Hertz Schram. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, securities litigation, negligence, criminal defense, family law, and appellate practice.

Mr. Turchyn is a 2012 graduate of Michigan State University College of law. While in law school, he served as a Senior Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review. Prior to obtaining his legal degree, Mr. Turchyn received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, where he was a four-year member of the Michigan Marching Band.
