Tynan, Joseph P.

Nathan S. Lab is an associate attorney at McGoughLaw. His practice area is devoted almost entirely to the representation of individuals arrested and charged with State and Federal Crimes. He is licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska, the State of Iowa, as well as the United States District Courts of both Nebraska and Iowa. Additionally, Mr. Lab is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Lab has successfully handled numerous cases, including felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile proceedings, administrative hearings with both the Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Health and Human Services, criminal pardons before the Board of Governors, and federal hearings and appeals. This work has extended to numerous counties across the State of Nebraska, as well as federal courthouses located across both Nebraska and Iowa.

Mr. Lab received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prior to entering into law school at the University of Tulsa, he spent a year working as a law clerk with McGoughLaw. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Lab returned to Omaha to practice criminal defense in Nebraska and Iowa.
