Mike Turco specializes in handling significant commercial, business, employment, construction, motor carrier and real estate disputes in state and federal court and commercial arbitration forums. Prior to becoming a founding member of Brooks Wilkins Sharkey & Turco, he was a litigation shareholder at Butzel Long. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in his field of expertise.

- Successfully represented international information technology company in trade secret dispute involving over $18M in adverse claims
- Assisted healthcare client in terminating seven year information technology contract due to software defects, thereby avoiding over $2.6M in licensing fees
- Lead counsel in commercial arbitration dispute resulting in $15M settlement for the Firm's food products client
- Secured no cause in jury trial while defending Fortune 500 client in $4M federal race discrimination lawsuit
- Secured no cause in jury trial while defending hospital in $3M in wrongful death case
- Successfully represented general contractor in $3M bond claim
- Successfully represented property owners in lake access dispute, establishing new state common law upholding easement rights
- Lead counsel in multi-million dollar adversary proceeding involving motor carrier claims against a foreign automobile manufacturer
- Successfully represented international information technology company in $12M arbitration dispute related to a corporate acquisition
