John (Jack) S. Tucci, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation from college, he attended the Villanova University School of Law, where he achieved his Juris doctorate in 1972. During law school, he clerked for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin and accepted a full-time position with the firm in 1975. After working as an associate for the firm's founder, Francis Marshall, Mr. Tucci developed extensive experience in the defense of a wide range of litigation matters such as legal malpractice, arson, liquor liability, motor vehicle, premises, products liability, etc.
Mr. Tucci has lectured for various organizations such as the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Tucci serves as a Judge Pro Temp for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as well as a mediator for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Tucci is a shareholder of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin and practices in its liability department.
