Turner, Jeffrey Allen

Born in Keelung, Taiwan, Ms. Tsao has been practicing in New York since 1996, after receiving her J.D. from New York Law School. She received her B.A. from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and her M.A. from St. John's University. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Asylum Office Liaison Committee, Ms. Tsao is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
