Mark has had success trying Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) jury cases against his railroad clients in jurisdictions across the country. Away from his practice, Mark is a family man who spends his free hours with his wife and three sons.  He enjoys coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams. He is a huge sports fan.  The St. Louis Baseball Cardinals are his favorite, but the Green Bay Packers and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini basketball team are close seconds. Mark and his family reside in suburban St. Louis.
