Tucker, Pearce B.

Pearce B. Tucker, Jr. earned his Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law in 2011. While in law school Mr. Tucker earned academic awards including the dean's list and academic achievement awards. Mr. Tucker received his Bachelors or Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law Thematic from the University of Arizona in 2006. While attending the University of Arizona as an undergrad Mr. Tucker spent a semester interning in Washington D.C. with the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Mr. Tucker is also a graduate of a San Diego High School, graduating from Torrey Pines High School in 2001.

Mr. Tucker's primary practice area interests are business and corporate law. Mr. Tucker has been interested in business since college where he began his own painting and construction business. However, since working with Kehr Law during his clinical internship during his Third year of law school Mr. Tucker has immersed himself in learning many other areas of practice including trust and estates, trademarks, and Real Estate law. Mr. Tucker interned during law school with the California Department of Corporations Enforcement Division where he worked on enforcing California State Securities laws. During his first year of law School Mr. Tucker interned for the Law Offices of Timothy A. Scott, APC where he performed detailed research for an attorney's practice guide.
