Anne joined Givens Pursley following graduation from law school and has focused her practice on complex real estate and asset transactions. As part of her practice, Anne advises clients in all stages of complex real estate development, including entity formation and drafting and negotiating formation and organizational documents, tax planning and necessary exit strategies, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, urban development project documents and bond issuances, hospitality management and franchise agreements, owner participation agreements and condominium regime documents. Additionally, Anne represents borrowers on all types of real estate loan facilities, mezzanine facilities, conduit loans and loan assumptions, reviewing title policies/surveys, authority documents, management agreements and negotiating legal opinions. Anne also assists clients in licensing, purchasing, selling and leasing Idaho and local liquor licenses and interactions with governmental licensing bodies.
Anne is the vice chairperson of the Real Estate Law Section of the Idaho Bar Association, BOMA, and Idaho Women Lawyers. In her spare time, Anne is an avid (but not good) golfer and a volunteer horse leader for Ride For Joy, a local therapeutic riding program for children with special needs.
