Michelle Treiber, Esq. focuses her practice in the areas of criminal defense, municipal court and family law. She has successfully represented hundreds of individuals in State and local courts in New Jersey.
Ms. Treiber is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 2003. She went on to serve as a Law Clerk in the Superior court of New Jersey, Essex county criminal division. Between 2004 and 2012, Ms. Treiber had her own law practice where she specialized in representing individuals charged with State crimes including drug offenses, burglary, robbery, carjacking, and weapons offenses. She also handled variety of cases in municipal court including traffic offenses and DWI. Her family law practice is specialized in the areas of domestic violence and parental representation in DCF (formally DYFS) actions.
