Transactional practice emphasizing mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, aircraft transactions, general business representation and related counseling. Mr. Kunold represents both financial and strategic purchasers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industries. Most of Mr. Kunold's transactions involve privately held businesses with a value between $10 million and $1 billion, and often include international activities or affiliates in Europe, Canada or Asia.
Robert was also recently singled out by the highly-regarded Chambers USA 2012 legal directory, which annually interviews firm clients. In addition to highly ranking Foster Pepper's Business practice, Chambers noted "Robert Kunold has a strong reputation in M&A and joint venture transactions."
Mr. Kunold is also Chair of the Firm's Executive Committee and in that capacity is the Chief Executive Officer (or "Managing Partner") of the Firm.
