One of San Francisco's best-known legal experts — his case, Popov v. Hayashi (also known as "The Barry Bonds Baseball Case"), is taught in most first-year law classes across the country — Martin Triano is a litigator focusing on both business and family law. He founded the Law Offices of Martin F. Triano, now Triano & Byrne, in 1988. He has earned an international reputation for taking care of, and fighting tirelessly on behalf of, the people and businesses he represents.

Martin Triano has served as Judge Pro Tem of San Francisco County Superior Court for the past 20 years and is a past Commissioner of Alameda County Superior Court. An expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he frequently serves as a private judge/mediator and believes, "If you go to trial, somebody made a mistake."

A renowned lecturer, panelist and instructor, Martin Triano earned his JD from New College of California and his BA from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
