Jesse Travis is an associate in the Securities Department at WilmerHale. She joined the firm in 2005.

Practice

Ms. Travis has represented financial institutions, private equity firms and individual clients in private litigation involving securities law and corporate issues. She has also represented corporate and individual clients in enforcement proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Association of Securities Dealers concerning regulatory requirements and accounting and auditing practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Travis served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah S. Vance of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She was a summer associate with the firm in 2003.
