Trinidad, Matthew Laurel

As a member of Bivona & Cohen's Mass Tort and Insurance Coverage Litigation Unit, Rick primarily practices in the areas of Toxic Tort and Insurance Coverage Litigation. He represents insurance companies in high profile cases and provides advice to insurance companies and corporations. He has also advised and counseled on preventative measures to minimize employment law related claims including, wrongful termination and employment contracts.
