Douglas J. Traeger is a partner in Olsen & Traeger, LLP, who specializes in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, elder law, and personal injury. Mr. Traeger is presently serving as a Deputy Public Administrator for the Jefferson County District Court - Probate Division and is often appointed by the Court to serve as an independent fiduciary in complex and difficult estate and conservatorship matters. Mr. Traeger lectures on the subjects of will contests, trusts, wills and probate litigation. Mr. Traeger is a highly experienced trial attorney and he devotes a significant portion of his practice to litigation matters. Mr. Traeger is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as the Arapahoe and Jefferson County Bar Associations. Further, Mr. Traeger is a member of the Statutory Revisions Committee of the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section. Mr. Traeger has exemplified his dedication to his community as a founder of the National Association of Counsel for Children, a former member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Rush Soccer Club, and a former President, Soccer Coach and Referee of the Riverside Soccer Association. Also, Mr. Traeger served as a board member of the Riverside-Fort Logan Memorial Day Soccer Tournament, which benefitted the Children's Division of the Fort Logan Mental Health Facility.
