Krystina practices law in the areas of bankruptcy, business formation, debt negotiation, civil litigation, foreclosure defense and personal injury on behalf of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and individuals.
Krystina earned her Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in business law from Whittier Law School. As a law student, she actively participated in Moot Court competitions. She also served on the Whittier Law Review for two years; one of those years as a Notes and Comments Editor. While in law school, Krystina volunteered as a student attorney for the Public Law Center, providing legal assistance to low income clients. She also volunteered as an advocate for detained juveniles at the Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall, ensuring the protection of the detained juveniles’ civil rights. Her legal training includes studies at Cornel Law School and the Universite Paris Sorbonne.
Krystina formerly worked in the Consumer Protection and Preliminary Hearing Divisions of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office (“LADA”). At the Consumer Protection Division of LADA she worked on high profile white collar crime cases, and in the Preliminary Hearing Division she administered preliminary hearings in cases involving drug offenses and theft crimes.
Prior to law school, Krystina graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a minor in English. She worked as a broadcast news reporter in London, England, Boston, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C. and southern California.
