David Kroon joined the firm in 1987. He maintains a general business practice with an emphasis on health law and employment law issues.

David is listed in Best Lawyers in America 2011 for his work in Employee Benenfits law and Health Care Law.

David is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, and the Second Circuit Bar Association. He is active in the American Bar Association and is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section. He is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. David currently serves on the SD State Bar Labor Law Committee.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of South Dakota, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
