David H. Travers concentrates his practice on construction and commercial litigation. During his time in practice, Mr. Travers has handled numerous complex litigation matters for all members of the construction industry, including owners, design-builders, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Mr. Travers' experience representing members of the construction industry covers all areas of practice from contracting and bid protests to mechanic's lien actions and sophisticated construction and design defect cases. Additionally, Mr. Travers has successfully handled product sale disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code and has litigated real estate disputes relating to zoning, easements and beach access issues, partition of commonly held land and commercial evictions.
Mr. Travers is a 2006 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was an editor of the Transnational Law Review. Mr. Travers is a 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Mr. Travers is a member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
