Since graduating from Emory Law School in 1976, I have had experience in many areas of the law. Over the years, I have narrowed my practice to primarily personal injury, collections, creditor rights, and business litigation.
Litigation should not be considered a sport. It should be pursued seriously, logically and as unemotionally as possible. I have found that when the litigants do not proceed with these factors in mind, injustice often results. It is my job to do as much as possible to make sure that my client as well as the opposing party pursue the litigation rationally. My 35 years of legal experience have allowed me to conclude that involvement in the legal system too often results in the participants being drained both emotionally and financially from the experience. It is my goal to have our clients avoid these adverse consequences and still have a favorable outcome to their legal problems.
