Ms. Tipton's experience focuses on state and federal litigation of complex business and commercial disputes.  Her experience includes trial and mediation of construction, fire subrogation and business matters throughout the United States.

Ms. Tipton represents corporate business clients of all sizes in a variety of business matters.  Her experience includes organization of business organizations including closely-held corporations and limited liability companies.

Ms. Tipton also has expertise in the defense of major airlines, commuter airlines, fixed base operators, emergency medical service operators, maintenance facilities and private aircraft pilots and owners.  She also focuses on administrative practice with the FAA and NTSB in regard to pilots and mechanics certificate actions and accident law; as well as transactional and business cases with private pilots in aircraft acquisitions, corporation formation, insurance and employment requirements.  Ms. Tipton has also worked on general business litigation matters including employment law, workers' compensation and insurance coverage defense.

Ms. Tipton has knowledge working with clients on casino gambling licensing in Colorado.  In addition, Ms. Tipton has also represented clients in disputes arising out of the gaming industry in various jurisdictions.

Ms. Tipton also worked in the Denver District Attorney's office handling arraignments in the county court and juvenile division of the district court, plea-bargaining, misdemeanor offenses; proceeded to trial and completed motions hearings to a judge and prosecuted county court cases.  She served as law clerk for the law firm of John J. Tipton, P.C., in Denver from 2001 to 2004.
