- Presented two cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
- Represented accused in Idaho’s largest federal methamphetamine case: 29 defendants
- Represented accused in Idaho’s largest federal marijuana grow case: 18 defendants
- Presented three cases before the Idaho Supreme Court and have another still pending
- Presented a probation violation in U.S. District Court, Central, Los Angeles
- Won a Writ of Prohibition against the State of Idaho Department Health & Welfare for an unlawful administrative garnishment of wages
- Defended a Senior Master Sergeant at Courts-Martial which resulted in an acquittal
