Tomlinson, George J.

Kathryn A. Kotlik joined the firm as an associate in 2012. She is a member of the business department and focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial real estate transactions, and business acquisitions.

In her business practice, Ms. Kotlik assists corporations and other business entities in all aspects of business' from formation through operations and ongoing contractual relationships. Ms. Kotlik's real estate practice includes advising clients who own, develop, or lease commercial properties.

Ms. Kotlik received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Morningside College in 2008. She was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society and received the Dean's Award in Humanities. Ms. Kotlik received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2012. During law school, she served as the Editor in Chief of the Creighton Law Review.

Ms. Kotlik is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association.
