Kirk Kolbo is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group and focuses his practice on construction law and disputes, insurance coverage, class action litigation, and products liability. His clients include construction contractors, design professionals, product manufacturers, and insureds. Kirk has extensive experience representing clients in state and local courts both in Minnesota and across the country. In addition to trying and arbitrating cases, he has argued appeals in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and two cases in the United States Supreme Court.
