Mr. Koke joined Rende, Ryan & Downes as an associate in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. Mr. Koke is primarily responsible for appellate matters, having argued numerous cases before the New York State Appellate Division in the First Department (Manhattan and Bronx) and Second Department (Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and upstate New York), as well the Court of Appeals. He assists in the defense of cases through summary judgment motions, Article 78 Petitions, and legal research. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Dutchess County, New York before entering private practice in 1998.
