Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Amanda graduated from St. Mary's High School in Medford. She then attended the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon and Graduated magna cum laude with a BA in sociology and an emphasis on women, children and families. Amanda attended the University of Oregon School of Law and was a member of Oregon Law Review, serving as a Senior Associate Editor. She is a member of the Oregon State bar, member of the Josephine County Family Law Advisory Committee, and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

After graduating, Amanda was delighted to return to Southern Oregon to practice law. Amanda is currently serving as the secretary of Josephine County Women Lawyers and is a Large Tree Designer for the Providence Festival of Trees.

Initial consultations with Amanda are $75.00 and last approximately one hour. During your consultation, Amanda will give a candid assessment of your legal situation and attempt to assist you with whatever your legal needs are, whether you are seeking representation, document review, or just have a few questions. Amanda's regular hourly rate is $200.00 per hour, although estate planning and certain other services are provided on a flat rate basis. Most litigation will require the deposit of a retainer, which will be discussed in depth at your initial consultation. Amanda accepts a limited number of cases on a payment plan basis. Whether payments can be arranged will depend on the nature of the case and a variety of other circumstances, which can be discussed at the initial consultation.
