He has represented a major auditing firm in connection with federal securities fraud claims and concurrent regulatory and foreign criminal investigations; a pharmaceutical company in confidential grand jury proceedings and related qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act; and has conducted internal investigations in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. He has also represented a large cable company in connection with formal inquiries by the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission concerning the proposed acquisition of a bankrupt competitor's assets; and a pharmaceutical company in a state case alleging price-fixing among competitors.
