Angela L. Thomas is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Group. She regularly conducts supervisory and management training for employers. Ms. Thomas advises clients on wage and hour issues, affirmative action, discrimination matters, hiring practices, terminations, policy development, labor relations, and executive compensation matters. She has handled employment litigation before administrative agencies and trial and appellate courts. Ms. Thomas has also tried labor arbitration and National Labor Relations Board hearings. She has handled wage and hour and affirmative action plan audits. Ms. Thomas is a frequent lecturer on employment and labor law topics.
Ms. Thomas graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Economics and has a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Ms. Thomas is admitted to practice before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Ms. Thomas is President of her church’s congregational council. She is Co Chair of the Business Women’s Forum and is also past President of the Board of Directors of The Program – It’s About Change.
