Greg Terra has practiced criminal law in Williamson County, Texas, since 2003, when he was an Assistant County Attorney with the office of the Williamson County Attorney. As a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of criminal cases, including DWI/DUI, drug possession, theft, and assault. Many of his cases went to trial where he earned a successful trial record. Since entering private practice in 2005, he has represented clients in almost 1000 criminal cases, over 40% of which have been either dismissed or reduced to a lesser charge. He believes that this practical experience will help him successfully navigate you through the legal process in this uniquely tough-on-crime county.
Before attending law school, Greg served as an active-duty U.S. Army officer and was stationed in Korea, Hawaii, and Missouri, earning the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve in Texas. Greg holds a Juris Doctor in Law and a Master of Arts in Political Management from Regent University (2001), a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University (1996), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma (1988). Greg lives in Round Rock, Texas, with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys politics, running, hunting, hiking, and spending time with his family. Greg and his family are members of White Stone Family Bible Church in Round Rock, Texas.
