Prior to commencing his practice in New Jersey, Mr. Tester was an Assistant District Attorney from January 2000 to July 2005 at the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office in Watertown, New York. Mr. Tester has focused his practice on civil litigation and workers' compensation, residential real estate closings, municipal court traffic and DWI, landlord tenant issues, and expungements. Mr. Tester is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
