Marilyn Teitelbaum focuses on Labor, Employment Discrimination, and Public Sector law. She is on the Editorial Board of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law, was an Executive Editor of Employment Discrimination Law (2007)(4th Ed.) and Co-author of Model Civil Rights in Employment Jury Instructions for the Eighth Circuit (1989), supplemented 1990. She served as a General Counsel of the ACLU-EM (1985-2005); Chair of the St. Louis Bar Association Labor Law Section (1986-87) and Chair of the Missouri Bar Association Labor Law Committee (1987-88). She co-chaired a national conference on sexual harassment and frequently publishes articles on labor and employment discrimination topics. She is listed in the publication The Best Lawyers in America® 2007-11, Inc. and was elected to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Marilyn received her law degree from St. Louis University (J.D., magna cum laude and Order of Woolsack) and her Masters Degree in English literature and Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) from Washington University.
