Ms. Klima advises and represents broker-dealers, investment advisors, banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions regarding compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations and the rules of self-regulatory organizations such as the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
