Zachary H. Klein is an Associate with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC and a member of the firm's Municipal Infrastructure Team. He concentrates his practice in providing legal advice to public entities involved in the construction, financing and improvement of all types of public facilities including water and sewer projects, municipal buildings, recreational facilities, transportation systems and other public projects. In addition, Mr. Klein has experience with state and local procurement laws, flow control laws, emerging solid waste conversion technologies, and alternative project delivery methods such as design-build.
Mr. Klein earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was Notes and Comments Editor on the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. He is also a recipient of CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in New York Civil Practice, Advanced Legal Research, and Fundamentals of Legal Drafting. He graduated with a B.A. from New York University, College of Arts and Science, magna cum laude. Mr. Klein is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
