Terleckyj, Danylo (Dan)

Jerry joined Terry Jessop & Bitner as an associate in May 2012. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and Idaho. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, collection, and other civil matters. Prior to joining the firm, Jerry was a prosecutor in Boise, Idaho. He prosecuted criminal cases at several jury trials and numerous court proceedings. After graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law, Jerry clerked at the Ada County District Court for the honorable Michael McLaughlin,assisting the court with a variety of business and civil matters. He also clerked for the Honorable Justice George Nicholson at the California Court of Appeal.

Prior to law school, Jerry graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Public Relations, and worked for a public relations firm in the Salt Lake area, helping technology trade companies with their editorial and strategic public relations efforts. Jerry is also licensed in Idaho as a real estate agent and is an Eagle Scout.

During his free time Jerry enjoys technology, basketball, football, camping, movies, and above all spending time with his wife and two wild boys.
