Gregory Tears is a partner in the Milwaukee office and a member of the Transactional Practice Group. Mr. Tears focuses his practice on public finance and has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, trustee's counsel and bank counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings including general obligation and revenue bond financings for state and local governments and authorities and bond financings in the areas of public power, public utilities, higher education, health care, housing and transportation.
