Evan Kipperman is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions, Emerging Companies and Private Equity, and Securities and Capital Markets practice groups.
Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Evan was an associate at a prominent New York law firm where he gained extensive experience advising U.S. and international public and private companies in a wide range of industries with regard to mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and general corporate matters.
Evan received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was a senior editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. He received his B.A. in both International Relations and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Evan is admitted to practice in New York.
