Jacqueline Tate's practice includes family law, as well as business and employment litigation. Her family law practice includes divorce/dissolution, domestic partnership issues, parenting plan and child support modifications, child custody, adoption, and estate planning. Prior to joining Palmer Rodak & Associates, Jacqueline served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Thurber, J.S.C., Family Part. She also worked as a pro bono attorney for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program's Restraining Order Clinic in Vista, where she counseled clients and advocated on domestic issues. Jacqueline is equipped with both the knowledge and professional resources necessary to assist individuals in the San Diego area with their family law needs. She is a compassionate attorney and is committed to understanding her clients' needs and goals.
