David Taylor has more than 20 years' experience as a trial lawyer and litigator. A former Assistant United States Attorney, Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on complex business litigation and investigations, including government investigations, securities litigation, director and officer liability corporate governance, civil fraud and RICO. Mr. Taylor also regularly represents companies and board committees in internal investigations and compliance matters. Between 1991 and 1996, Mr. Taylor served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Los Angeles and Seattle, where he focused on investigating and prosecuting white collar criminal cases. His clients include Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, T-Mobile and Puget Sound Energy.
