Ms. King received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006. She has traveled extensively studying law around the world and participated in The Program of Studies on Global Legal Issues at Innsbruck, Austria. She is a member of the American Bar Association. Ms. King received the National Association of Women’s Lawyers award in 2006 which is awarded to the outstanding law graduate of each ABA approved law school who exhibits motivation, tenacity and enthusiasm; demonstrates academic achievement; and earns the respect of the dean and faculty. Ms. King was actively involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions and was the winner with her partner of the 2006 Negotiations Competition and a participant in the St. Mary’s University School of Law Negotiations Superbowl of 2006. Ms. King’s primary areas of practice are personal injury and criminal defense. She began her law practice in Nashville and relocated to join the Gold Law Firm in 2013. She continues to practice throughout the state of Tennessee. She has successfully litigated complex personal injury cases and criminal cases throughout Tennessee.
