Joe was born and raised in Rhode Island. He graduated from William and Mary College in 1954, and received his J.D. from The Boston University School of Law in 1956.
As of counsel, Joe limits his practice to advising the Firm in estate planning and probate law, where he provides sophisticated yet practical estate planning advice to small-business owners and individuals. He also provides clients and the Firm with a continuing source of practical counsel in real estate, leasing, and corporate matters. Joe is also legal counsel to the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Rogers Free Library in Bristol.
