Catherine A. Taschner is an associate in the firm’s transactional department. Ms. Taschner’s practice focuses primarily on real estate and corporate matters. Ms. Taschner received her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Scripps College in 2008, and received her JD from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, Richardson School of Law in 2011, where she earned a Pacific Asian Legal Studies certificate and was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team.
Prior to joining McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon in 2012, Ms. Taschner completed a one year clerkship for the Honorable Lawrence M. Reifurth at the Intermediate Court of Appeals for the State of Hawai'i. Ms. Taschner is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Business Law Corps, a non-profit organization that provides small businesses and entrepreneurs of limited means with access to the legal system.
Ms. Taschner is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all Hawaii courts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii
