Worked as a DA in Criminal Courts Building, Compton Ct, Los Padrinos Juve Ct, West LA Ct, Santa Monica Ct, Beverly Hills Ct, Culver City Ct, and Pomona Ct. Paul was also an instructor for the CHP, LASD, and Santa Monica PD where he taught "Breath Testing" and "Title 17 Compliance." While with the DA's office, Paul wrote the "DUI Prosecution Manual," which the agency continued to use several years after he left (1987).
