Brian was born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on August 18, 1980. He graduated from Clemson University (B.S. 2002) and cum laude from the Charleston School of Law (J.D. 2009). While attending law school, he was a member of both the Federal Courts Law Review and the Student Bar Association.
He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2010. His areas of practice include general negligence, premises liability, insurance law, and medical malpractice defense.
