Swartwout, Charles J.

Erica Suskind practices in all areas of employment law, including litigating matters in federal and state court. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Ruth I. Major, PC, Ms. Suskind worked for one of the nation's largest energy providers in its Labor and Employment Law department. She obtained her J.D from Chicago-Kent College of Law, earning a certificate in Labor and Employment Law. Ms. Suskind was selected as an Odelson Fellow in 2011 and received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Trial Advocacy I and Trial Advocacy II. In 2010 and 2011, Ms. Suskind competed in mock trial competitions as a member of Chicago-Kent's Employment Law Trial Team.  She was the Coach for the trial team in 2012 and the Student Editor of the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal.  She received a Louis Jackson Memorial Scholarship and a Workers' Compensation Lawyers' Association Scholarship.
