Jennivere L. Kenlon practices general commercial real estate law, and has represented clients in the development, leasing, acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate. She has substantial experience representing financial institutions and borrowers in commercial real property and asset-based financing transactions, hotel owners and managers in hotel acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate developers in connection with retail and mixed-use developments in New York and throughout the United States. Jennivere also represents office and retail landlords in their commercial real estate leasing and development activity.
While attending law school, Jennivere was on the editorial board for the Fordham International Law Journal and was also a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board.
Jennivere joined Goldfarb & Fleece in September 2012, prior to which she was an associate in the real estate group at DLA Piper LLP (US) and Holland & Knight LLP. She is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association, and has been named Empire State Counsel® by the New York State bar Association in 2009, 2010 and 2011 for her commitment to providing pro bono legal services.
