Duncan Kemp has experience in insurance litigation, civil rights defense, torts and personal injury litigation, and business litigation. Duncan is licensed to practice in Louisiana.
Born in Hammond, Louisiana, Duncan is a former U.S. Marine who earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in English at Louisiana State University. Before becoming an attorney, Duncan acquired a wealth of professional experience as the Assistant Director of Operations at the Louisiana State University Tiger Athletic Foundation (TAF) and as a college instructor of English. While excelling in his professional duties at TAF, Duncan began attending law school. Duncan went on to graduate cum laude with the top ranking in his class.
Before joining our firm, Duncan was an associate at a local law firm where he focused on representing the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office. Duncan also served as a law clerk for a Louisiana state district judge.
