Ms. Suess provides legal counseling and advice to a wide array of clients in family law and related areas. In 2000, she gave up her solo practice to join SBW Law, where she represents clients in the areas of marital separation, divorce, custody, child support, name change, CINA matters, simple adoption and guardianship. As an attorney and legal counselor, she strives to assist clients in understanding their legal options, then thinking through their own priorities and the ramifications of those priorities for themselves and their children, in order to formulate a set of realistic goals. She works with her clients through the often-difficult stages of discovery and negotiating agreements, and guides them through the court process with compassion and understanding.
