Ms. Kelley is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2011.

Past Experience

Ms. Kelley was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2009. In 2008, she served as an extern to the Honorable Joan Humphrey Lefkow for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Prior to law school, Ms. Kelley was a paralegal for an Intellectual Property firm in New York. While there, she provided legal support to attorneys specializing in trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. Ms. Kelley later served as the anti-counterfeiting assistant for Lacoste USA, Inc. She managed the internet monitoring program to track and prevent the illegal sale of counterfeit merchandise and trained homeland security and law enforcement officials around the country to detect such counterfeit goods.
