As a member of the Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group and the Business, Securities, and Tax Practice Group, Attorney Stumpf focuses her practice on transactional issues. In addition to the planning and administration of estates, she is involved with elder law and guardianship issues. Her practice in the area of business law includes entity formation, shareholder rights, and tax issues. She is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
