Sabrina A. Stuart is a Senior Associate at Hiden, Rott & Oertle, LLP, and works in the Firm’s San Diego office with experience in family law, civil litigation, and mediation.
Ms. Stuart practices in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury. She represents clients with severe personal injuries due to auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall, dog bites and much more.
Ms. Stuart also practices in the are of family law, including: dissolution, legal separation, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, paternity, modifications and more.
Ms. Stuart began offering mediation services in 2009 and has successfully assisted litigants in mediating their legal issues. She has a multitude of hands-on training in alternative dispute resolution, as much of her practice consists of negotiations and mediations. Ms. Stuart attended the Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institution for Dispute Resolution and the National Conflict Resolution Center locally for mediation training.
Ms. Stuart is a recipient of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP) Distinguished Service Award and the Wiley W. Manuel Pro Bono Award from the California State Bar. She continues her commitment to service by giving her time to organizations such as the Lawyers Club of San Diego where she has served as a Committee Chair for the organization’s Champagne & Chocolate Affair and Directory Committee.
Ms. Stuart’s educational background also includes attendance at Hofstra University School of Law in Nice, France where she studied Comparative Constitutional Law under Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. While attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ms. Stuart was awarded: an LSAT scholarship; National Dean’s List Honor Roll; Witkin Award for Academic Excellence; CALI Excellence for the Future Award; the Jefferson Medal; and graduated with Pro Bono Honors. Ms. Stuart received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento. She graduated from CSUS with Department Honors and was a member of the Epsilon Phi, Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta: Communication Honor Society.
